Supporting businesses across Europe, West Africa, Latin America, and the Middle East, in various capacities encompassing process design, commissioning and startup, operations support, plant operations management, engineering management, asset management, technical safety and risk management.

Dejan holds an MBA in Chemical Engineering from the University of Belgrade, with focus on Process Technology. Holds a number of certificates making him one of the leading regional experts in the industry and subject matter expert (SME) in the field of Asset Integrity, Process Engineering and Operational Excellence.

Nenad has over 30 years of professional experience in risk and safety engineering and management with specialist’s expertise in cost benefit analysis and risk optimization studies during conceptual design of new offshore and onshore oil and gas production and processing facilities, and the upgrading of existing facilities to meet acceptable levels of risk. His areas of expertise include design, development, and implementation of HSE / Safety / Risk Management Systems; formal Safety Assessment and preparation of HSE / Safety Cases for both offshore and onshore oil and gas facilities, as well as development of risk-based cost benefits analysis models for evaluation of justifiable costs for the implementation of various protective measures.

Nenad complements his BSc degree from University of Tuzla with a post-graduate diploma in Health Science (ECU) and a master’s degree in Engineering Management from Curtin University, Western Australia. Nenad has also attended various short professional courses in oil and gas processing, design and project management, and is a certified Functional Safety professional.

Andreea has more than 10 years of experience in both Process Engineering and Industrial Project Management. She managed major projects over all development phases, from early idea management, concept engineering to basic engineering and detailed engineering in both fossil fuels and renewables.

Has led organizations to successfully transfer ideas into engineering packages and to the realization on construction sites and commissioned large-scale industrial process plants all over the world.

Andreea holds a pocket MBA from the Bocconi University in Milan and a Bachelor in Chemical Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Timisoara. Acquired several certificates as her continuous Learning Mindset focuses on the six dimensions of solving problems, communicating, and making connections.

Alina has 15 years of experience in Project and Risk Management for onshore Oil & Gas and civil engineering projects. In the last years she also excelled in the area of Forensic Schedule Analysis.

She is an advanced user of Primavera P6 EPPM and has workshop and training capabilities.

Alina holds a Bachelor Degree in Economical Engineering and a Masters Degree in Project Management for Civil Engineering.

Djordje has very versatile professional experience gained in New Zealand, Brunei Darussalam (Borneo), Netherlands and Serbia. His 30 years work experience covers Renewable Energy (Solar and Biogas), Oil & Gas (offshore, onshore and LNG), Automotive and Chemical industry, as a Project and Construction Manager for Major capital Projects, Asset Management and Business Improvement Consultant, Maintenance Manager and Mechanical Engineer.

Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Novi Sad, Serbia. Djordje also holds several certificates in specific fields of Project Management, Asset Management, Business improvement and Corporate and Personnel Leadership.

Aleksandar has over 10 years of experience in operational management of process equipment in the energy sector, management of investment projects, asset management systems implementation, digitalization, and integrating reliability and technical safety systems with software solutions for industrial equipment management.

Aleksandar holds Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and takes particular pride in his certifications as a Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) Facilitator and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) Facilitator, among numerous other certifications and completed courses.
